Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient.

Arrive as you are — with or without makeup. Have a light meal beforehand. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, fish oil supplements and anti-inflammatory medications for 24 to 48 hours before your visit to minimise the risk of bruising.

We maintain rigorous hygiene and clinical protocols in a fully accredited facility and hold all required insurances, policies and permits. Our registered nurses hold postgraduate certificates and draw on their ICU and Emergency Department experience.
