Santé Skin Pty Ltd terms of service covering bookings, reservation fees, cancellations, refunds and payment procedures.
Upon booking, an email confirmation will be sent to you immediately, and an SMS reminder will be dispatched 24 hours before your appointment. A late cancellation fee will be imposed if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
To secure all appointments, we require either a reservation fee or credit card details. Credit cards will only be charged in the case of late cancellations or no-shows. Specific treatments necessitate a reservation fee at the time of booking, which will be credited towards your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit this fee as a cancellation charge. Certain treatments will require a higher reservation fee.
We value everyone’s time and strive to provide an excellent experience for our clients. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee, with any reservation fee being forfeited.
No refunds are provided for change of mind or medical procedures including injectables and dermal treatments. Retail items may be refunded if they remain in original, unopened packaging.
Payment is due on the day of the appointment, typically post-treatment. For higher-cost treatments, upfront payment may be required. Gift cards are redeemable for in-clinic purchases only.
We abide by laws governing the advertising of therapeutic goods and services; detailed discussions regarding products, ingredients, and treatment options occur during consultations. All pricing, specials, and discounts are subject to change without notice.
Clients under 18 years are eligible only for dermal therapy treatments for specific conditions such as acne and scarring, with no cosmetic injectables administered. Our clinic maintains a policy of not allowing children, pets, or accompanying persons in the treatment areas.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sante Skin Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction’s legal procedures.
Updates or amendments to these Terms of Service will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services post amendments implies acceptance of the revised terms.
Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable and are to be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
